The US publicist for Tout Sweet emails me the first US review which appeared yesterday in Publishers Weekly. I'm delighted - not least because the reviewer has obviously read the book from cover to cover as opposed to just regurgitating the cover blurb. I think I'm going to enjoy working with the US....

We read both your books and found them very very good.
A great find in that "French life" genre.

Would just like to say that I have just finished reading 'Tout Sweet' and how much I enjoyed reading it. I studied French at uni and lived there for a year and could really relate to the book. It was so easy to read and hard to put down that I have had to buy the sequel. Thanks for a great read.

SO GLAD you're working with the US! Just bought Tout Sweet yesterday and read it all at once - it was too good to put down! It was warm and honest and wonderful, I just loved it! Can't wait for more - thank you for writing this delicious book!
