And there was I thinking that only Johnny Depp and those with footballer budgets could afford to live there...

Not thinking of moving are we? I seem to remember in Book 1 you saying to the "Mirror Man" that you would like to live by the sea.

wow, that's well remembered. Yes, I'd love to live by the sea but no plans to move at the moment.
